- 2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter and mix with corn flakes.
- Spread corn flakes over the hashbrown mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and baked later.
- Try adding cooked onions or bacon for extra flavor.
