Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix corn flakes with a bit of melted butter.
- Sprinkle the corn flakes over the potato mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
