- 4 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with crushed cornflakes.
- Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
