Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until glasses are full, finishing with a layer of granola on top.
- Drizzle honey over the top if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to substitute any of your favorite summer fruits like peaches or raspberries.
- You can also use flavored yogurt for an extra twist!
- This dessert can be made in advance; just keep the granola separate until serving.
