- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip lobster tails in buttermilk, then coat with flour mixture.
- Carefully place the lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying.
- Do not overcrowd the fryer.
