Instructions

  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip lobster tails in buttermilk, then coat with flour mixture.
  5. Carefully place the lobster tails in the hot oil.
  6. Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
