Ingredients

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails open and remove the meat.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add buttermilk.
  5. Coat the lobster meat in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture.
  6. Roll the lobster in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  7. Fry the lobster tails until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
