Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails open and remove the meat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add buttermilk.
- Coat the lobster meat in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture.
- Roll the lobster in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Fry the lobster tails until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
