Delicious fried lobster tail with a crispy coating.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip each lobster tail in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Ensure oil is hot before frying.
- Do not overcrowd the fryer.
- Can serve with lemon wedges.
