- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, add the flour. Remove chicken from buttermilk marinade, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge each piece in flour, coating evenly. Shake off any excess flour.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Spray the tops of the chicken pieces lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
