Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with fresh berries before serving.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
