Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Top with fresh berries before serving.
