Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the cubed bread in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  7. Remove from refrigerator and drizzle with maple syrup.
