A delicious and easy-to-make french toast casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use any type of bread for different flavors.
- Can be prepared the night before.
- Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
