Description
French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are a quick and easy appetizer or snack. They combine the flavors of a classic French dip sandwich in a convenient tortilla roll-up.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup au jus sauce (for dipping)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Lay out tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder evenly over the mayonnaise.
- Place roast beef slices evenly on each tortilla.
- Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve with warm au jus sauce for dipping.

- Use fresh tortillas for easier rolling.
- Warm the tortillas slightly if they crack when rolling.
