This festive cheesecake dessert is perfect for your Fourth of July celebration! It features layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and blueberries for a delicious patriotic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully blended.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
  5. Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit layer. Top with the remaining strawberries and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Slice and serve chilled for a festive Fourth of July dessert!

Notes

  • For a more colorful presentation, alternate layers of fruit and cheesecake mixture.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for easier preparation on the Fourth of July.
