Description
This festive cheesecake dessert is perfect for your Fourth of July celebration! It features layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and blueberries for a delicious patriotic treat.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully blended.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the fruit layer. Top with the remaining strawberries and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled for a festive Fourth of July dessert!
Notes
- For a more colorful presentation, alternate layers of fruit and cheesecake mixture.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for easier preparation on the Fourth of July.
