Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough starter (active)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix sourdough starter, milk, sugar, melted butter, and egg in a bowl.
- Add flour and salt, then knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
- Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place in a greased pan and let rise for 1-2 hours.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.

- Let dough rise in a warm place.
- Adjust cinnamon and sugar to taste.
