Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Filet Mignon
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8 pieces, peeled and deveined Shrimp
  • 1 cup, cooked and chopped Lobster Meat
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 small, minced Shallot
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the filet mignon and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, minced garlic, and shallot. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the lobster meat and heavy cream. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Slice the filet mignon and place on plates. Top with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
