A luxurious dish combining tender filet mignon with shrimp and lobster in a rich cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 (8 oz) filet mignon steaks
- 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the filet mignon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Stir in lobster meat and heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the steaks to the pan, spooning the sauce over them.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Adjust cooking time for desired steak doneness.
