Description

A luxurious dish combining tender filet mignon with shrimp and lobster in a rich cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) filet mignon steaks
  • 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  5. Stir in lobster meat and heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the steaks to the pan, spooning the sauce over them.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
  • Adjust cooking time for desired steak doneness.
