Description

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add heavy cream, parmesan, and mustard, stirring until smooth.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Pour sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
