Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
- Stir in rice and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
