Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef ribs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear ribs for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer ribs to a baking dish.
  5. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger in a bowl.
  6. Pour glaze over ribs, covering evenly.
  7. Cover dish with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  8. Remove foil, increase heat to 400°F (200°C), and bake for 15 minutes until glaze thickens.
  9. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
