Ingredients

- 200g white chocolate
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 300g fresh strawberries
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a cake tin to form the base.
- Melt white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold melted white chocolate into the mascarpone mixture.
- Spread the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Slice strawberries and arrange them on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
