- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced Canadian bacon
- 8 slices of toasted English muffins, cut into pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add in the diced Canadian bacon and English muffin pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the top before serving.

- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
