- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce.
- Add coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey.
- Add sriracha for a spicy kick.
- Serve with steamed rice for a more filling meal.
