Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce.
  5. Add coleslaw mix and cook until wilted.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground pork with ground chicken or turkey.
  • Add sriracha for a spicy kick.
