Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and bell pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add zucchini and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the zucchini to keep it crisp.
