- 12 Mini Phyllo Cups (Store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Chopped (such as parsley, chives, and dill))
- 4 oz Smoked Salmon (Sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Capers (Rinsed and drained)
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For drizzling)
- To taste Salt and Pepper (For seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chopped herbs, then mix until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the phyllo cups from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with slices of smoked salmon and a few capers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with halved cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
