- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugars, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in evaporated milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh sweet potatoes for best flavor.
- Pie may crack slightly as it cools.
