Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add the garlic and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the shrimp over the steaks.
