- 1 cucumber, diced

- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the mixed greens.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and quinoa.
- Add the feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
