Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix quinoa, black beans, and vegetables.
  4. Add olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. Place mixture in a grill basket and grill for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and garnish with fresh herbs.
