- 1 cup sliced cucumbers

- 1/4 cup hummus or yogurt-based dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus or yogurt-based dressing over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, spinach leaves, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
