- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the salad.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

- Feel free to add other vegetables to the salad.
