- 6 Shortcake Biscuits (Store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar (For dusting)
- For garnish Mint Leaves (Optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine fresh berries. If desired, sprinkle with a little sugar to enhance sweetness. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice shortcake biscuits in half horizontally.
- On the bottom half of each biscuit, spoon a generous amount of the berry mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and place the top half of the biscuit over the cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing summer dessert!

- Feel free to substitute berries with peaches or other seasonal fruits.
