Ingredients
- Asparagus – 1 bunch
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 pint
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the asparagus.
- Place asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
