- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet.
- Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture is well combined.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, use hot Rotel tomatoes.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
