  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet.
  3. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture is well combined.
