Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss red potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Serve warm.
