Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix well and pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
