Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable shortening (optional, for smoother chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with shortening (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, then return to the tray.
  7. Chill until chocolate sets (about 15 minutes).
