Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  3. In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then granola, and sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Before serving, garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes
