Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

- In serving glasses or bowls, layer Greek yogurt, followed by a layer of whipped cream, then granola, and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with mint leaves if desired.
