- 4 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.

- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
