Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque.
  8. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
