A simple and healthy recipe using ground turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add bell pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Serve with rice or in taco shells.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
