Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  4. Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. If using cheese, add it on top of the patties in the last minute of cooking to melt.
  6. Assemble sliders with patties on buns, adding lettuce, tomato, and condiments as desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
