- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic; cook until soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the mixed vegetables and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
