Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grill or bake chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Use fresh lemon juice for best results.
- Serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
