Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  5. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
