Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add cooked quinoa to the skillet.
  7. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
