Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small orange, peeled and diced
- 1 package (3 oz) raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Chop cranberries and mix with sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Add pecans, celery, and diced orange. Stir well.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.
- Combine gelatin mixture with cranberry mixture. Pour into a mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste for desired sweetness.
- Substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
- For a creamier texture, add 1/2 cup whipped cream before chilling.
