Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small orange, peeled and diced
  • 1 package (3 oz) raspberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Chop cranberries and mix with sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Add pecans, celery, and diced orange. Stir well.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water.
  4. Combine gelatin mixture with cranberry mixture. Pour into a mold.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set. Serve chilled.
