Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and paprika on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice into 1/2-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
