Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, vanilla extract, eggs, and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
