Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each square.
- Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve warm.
