- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fruits for dipping (strawberries, bananas, apples)
- Marshmallows
- Pound cake, cut into cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chocolate chips.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Transfer the chocolate to a fondue pot or a serving bowl.
- Serve with fruits, marshmallows, and cake for dipping.
Notes
- Use dark or milk chocolate depending on your preference.
- Keep the fondue warm while serving.
- Add more cream if you prefer a thinner consistency.
