- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and rice is tender.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
