  • 1 cup white rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and rice is tender.
