Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir until thickened.
  6. Add chicken and peas. Mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Place biscuits on top of the filling.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Frozen vegetables can substitute fresh ones.
